We are committed to all aspects of our employees' well being, including physical, mental, financial, environmental and social health. In addition to comprehensive medical and dental insurance programs, Grand County's Wellness Committee hosts lunch-and-learn classes on a wide variety of topics, hosts an annual biometrics event, and publishes a weekly wellness newsletter. Employees also have free access to:
- A fitness center with treadmills, an elliptical, Peloton bike, several weight machines and other equipment.
- A HappyLight light therapy lamp that can be checked out.
- A digital blood pressure monitor (our Public Health nurse is also available to manually check blood pressure).
