Accounting
The Finance and Accounting Department manages the County’s daily, monthly and annual accounting and budgeting operations. They also develop and maintain County-wide financial systems and procedures.

Road & Bridge
Grand County Road & Bridge is responsible for the maintenance of 780 miles of public road. This maintenance includes but is not limited to, grading, road stabilization, snow plowing, and keeping drainage culverts cleared of debris.

Grand County Sheriff’s Office protects the lives and property of the citizens of Grand County, preserves the peace, prevents crime, and upholds and enforces the laws of the State of Colorado.

Short Term Rentals
All property owners desiring to engage in the short term rental of a residence in unincorporated Grand County must apply for a Short Term Rental Permit with the Department of Community Development.

Surveyor
The Grand County surveyor is a Colorado licensed professional land surveyor that provides boundary surveys of county-owned property, boundary dispute information, and maintains a file of historical survey records and contemporary land survey plats.
