GRAND COUNTY, CO- On September 26, 2025, at approximately 4:36 p.m. the Grand County Communications Center received a report of a break in that had just occurred at a residence in the Winter Park Highlands neighborhood near Tabernash.

On Sunday, September 28 at approximately 8 p.m. the Grand County Sheriff’s Office was notified that Mr. Villines was arrested by the Lawrence Police Department in Kansas on a Grand County Arrest Warrant from this incident.
