The Upper Colorado River Wild & Scenic Stakeholder Group works to balance permanent protection of the water related Outstandingly Remarkable Values, certainty for the stakeholders, water project yield, and flexibility for water users along the Upper Colorado River.

The group will hold their Annual Meeting from 9:00am to 1:15pm on April 8, 2026 at Northern Water’s Willow Creek Facility in Granby, CO.
