History of Silver Spruce Apartments:  The buildings of Silver Spruce Apartments was once the Kremmling Union Schools.  Then in 1981, Grand County Housing Authority purchased the building specifically to rehabilitate them into Senior Living Apartments. 

To this day Silver Spruce Apartments is designed specifically for Senior Living and is geared toward accommodating Seniors.  Silver Spruce Welcomes visitors, especially from residents family.  Grand County Housing Authority strives to make Silver Spruce not just a place to live but a community to call home
