NEW REGISTRATION FEE EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2018
Effective August 1, 2018 the fee for Grand County's Short Term Rental Permit is based on occupancy. This fee $25 per person, calculated by Maximum Advertised Occupancy for your property. [example- your listing advertises a max occupancy of 10 people, then your permit will cost $250]

Welcome to the Grand County Short Term Rental (STR) Registration Page. Thank you for properly registering your property with the Grand County STR registration system.
In order for owners to rent their property to visitors on a short term basis, registration is required. Whether you are updating your annual registration or registering a property for the first time, the link below will assist you with this process. Proper registration requires the full completion of the application and acknowledgement of payment receipt.

Before you go to the link provided below to begin your application, please have ready:
- The correct address of the property being rented
- Colorado State Sales Tax ID number
- The name and contact information for both a primary and secondary local contact in Grand County within one hour of your property
- A check book for an echeck OR a credit/debit card to make payment of your permit fee (credit card transaction fee 2.25% + .75 Cents, echeck transaction fee $1.00)
