Payments to the Public Trustee
All bidder's funds are verified by the Public Trustee’s Office before the sale begins. In order to be eligible to bid, we ask that you verify your funds at least 15 minutes prior to the sale. Sales are held at 10:00 a.m. sharp you must allow time for the Office to verify funds.

We do not accept personal checks or money orders
All payments must be made at the time of the sale
We recommend that you have a title search on the property prior to the sale.
